A regulation 175g disc — thrown, caught, and carried. No kicking. Drop it and you've turned it over. You run with it until someone wraps you or you release.

Throw it through the net. The Keeper disagrees. One-handed off a wrap, full-speed release from the top of the arc — anything goes as long as you're upright when it leaves your hand.

Rugby-style, waist down. Arms must wrap. No shoulder charges, no trips. A good Carrier spins out. A great one makes it look effortless. Most don't.

Carriers run the disc and score. Hucks are playmakers — long-release specialists who set possession. Chasers press and check. Keepers guard a full-size net with their hands and nerve.
